Received some coupons in the mail which include a free medium hot coffee. When I went to the 7 eleven store, after scanning the coupon my total came out to 42 cents. It was supposed to be free but instead it cost 42 cents. False advertising.

Best and cleanest 7-eleven. Newly opened and the staff are super helpful and quite happy from what I see on their faces.

I was a little disappointed that their slurpee machine was out of service as they were renovating of some sort when I got there and couldn't even buy items from the refrigerated section like fruits and veggies. They did have a decent selection of snacks and other beverages. The employees were courteous.

The attitudes of the employees are ridiculous. Especially the older staff that will not speak a word to you no matter how nice you are to them. Plus their hot food looks disgusting. Go to the new Royal Farms on Konterra.

Horrible customer service, the ATM machine was down and I was notified that I needed to call the customer service number on the ATM from bank. Due to the fact I live far from this particular 7-11 location I tried calling to see if they could provide me with the customer service number on the ATM, whoever answered the phone rudely said I have to come up there and get it myself and then hung up the phone. Then when I called back kept answering the phone and kept hanging up the phone up before I could speak... I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this location.

The associate was very nice and very helpful.

Covid high risk! Clerk makes the coffee without a mask ( actually wore it like a chinstrap) while getting himself a cup and talking over the counter to his coworkers. Whipped the counter at the coffee stand with no cleaners. Just a paper towel
