Cafe Aquarius

I'm so glad we decided to eat here tonight! The prices are very reasonable and the food was delicious. Bill D. Was our server and was awesome. This restaurant feels very organized operationally compared to other places we considered. The tables are nicely spread out for Covid precautions. Right now, it seems like a lot of services are still impacted by Covid- but no hints of this here. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good meal in Laughlin

I have to say, customer service goes a long way. This is probably one of the worst customer service situations I've ever had. It started out well. Got seated almost right away. Server came and took our order. The food came out pretty fast. And now I know why. The second the food came out he put the bill on the table and said he was going on break. So after we got our food, basically we were on our own. No one else ever came to check on us. No coffee refill. No extra napkins. Anything we needed, too bad. I've never had somebody just walk away from a table they were serving. That just doesn't make sense to me. Needless to say he did not get a tip. Anyway, we got the eggs benedict which were okay. Nothing special. The hash browns are pretty good. My breakfast burrito was pretty dry. The only amazing thing really was the cornflake French toast. That was super delicious. Can't say I was impressed with the place.

Slightly disappointed. The room was not vacuumed, there were plumbing issues in regards to the shower/tub & sink (they backed up) and for the first time ever it was really smokey inside. On a positive note, once we mentioned issues to management, they did have service & cleaner associates come up to fix & clean but unfortunately, the sink kept backing up when we used it. 😟

If I could give a minus 1 I would. We waited over an hour to get seated , once we were we ordered drinks and were told they were out of lemons for our iced tea ordered food waited for at least 45 minutes before it came. My wife ordered a quesadilla and I ordered a burrito. When they finally got them to the table everything on our plates were cold . This is the second time we've tried to eat here. We will not be going back.
