Kfc

Twice within 24 hours I was not given my total purchase in drive thru. Had to drive back on both occasions. On 6- 12- 22, I had the misfortune of having to talk to store manager, Caress Pitts. How she became store manager is unclear. When I asked for CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER, she became hostile and said that, this particular KFC is a franchise and corporate would not be of any help. When I asked for the store number, she seems to be putting on an act, by thinking I was asking for kfc phone #. When she informed me that the number would be a receipt, i told her i wished to purchase a bottle water. She insisted I have the water for free. I told her- no that I wanted the receipt with all the info on it. She grabbed the water from me and walked away. Turning her back to me yet again- and ran back into the office to hide. Caress needs to live up to her name: caress herself and just calm down!. Concerning her last name PITTS; she's got that part covered in spades!

I ordered our food at 830 we were on vacation with 2 small children that were hungry. At 910 the store called me and informed me they done shut down fryers and were unable to complete order. All restaurants in this area stop taking orders at 930. So we were unable to feed our kids that evening something they would eat. This is the worse kfc I have ever used and don’t plan on using it again

This is the worst diner in all of Clearwater/Largo. Whenever you come to pick up an online order, they don’t have orders ready in principle. They delay at least 15 minutes, They are slow, clumsy, slow. Even one-legged snails, amorphous slugs, armless worms and sleepy turtles would order faster and most likely on time, because they need to earn food, but not these black dancers. They just want to dance behind the stove and the counter. Not life but raspberries!!

Just wanna start by saying I normally don't leave reviews. But I must say to the man in the back making the crispy chicken it was the bomb!! Some of the best I've had in a long time and I'm from Chicago. Super nice people!! After reading alot of the reviews alot of people need to relax and have some patience, everywhere is short staffed yall should be greatful for the ones that show up and put in the work with pride. Thank you to this Sunday afternoon shift was fire 🔥

Pulled up and they asked for our order but then no one responded after we gave it. Considering we waited at the speaker for 17 min, then went to the window to see if anyone was there and there were six staff members inside but no one wanted to get our order... straight up rude since the lady with the headset looked at us and walked away. They weren't closing for another hour. That is not customer service.
