Subway

Always polite and build a great sandwich. They even dab the bacon fat off when it comes out of the oven! Great staff, clean restaurant, fast and the woman who usually makes my sandwich is amazing! (She wears a subway bow in her hair) Also, store hours are taken care of via Google My Business which is a corporate subway thing, not a franchise thing...and I am wondering 2 things about that fool. 1. can you read? Their hours clearly say 10pm. 2. don’t project your failings to feed your family dinner before 11pm on Subway. They have families to spend time with, and aren’t responsible for your shortcomings.

Yesterday I experienced THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. The "sandwich artist" didn't even acknowledge my presence until after he took his sweet time putting on his gloves; no eye contact whatsoever - nothing! He also skimped on the condiments. Sure, I could've complained, but I knew it wouldn't have made a difference in his attitude. Ugh. This visit left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) and I will NOT return. This review is coming from an unsatisfied and totally flummoxed customer. This is the best you can do, Subway? Ugh to the nth degree.

I asked for spinach, the girl put a bunch of lettuce, so I said can I please have spinach, she scoffs takes the lettuce off, tells me I don't need to have an attitude, then after threw the sandwhich across the counter at me and walks into the back. I didn't really expect a cheery fake customer service thing but I expected not to have my sandwhich thrown at me.
