We stopped in for ice cream. I had cookies and cream and my wife had mocha almond fudge. They were both excellent. Service was really good too.
We were in and out very quickly. Kudos to Dunkin' donuts!

Picture for verification. First of all I want to say I am disappointed no one answered my call. They gave me spoiled milk in this drink and will not answer their phone. I am already at work before I tried it. I am very disappointed that they did not answer the call. Now they will be giving bad milk to more people. I am also 15 minutes away now, so I am out my 5$ I order from dunkins all the time, so I am very sadded by this experience.

Staff should definitely work on their attitude and be a bit more pleasant. Especially the white girl with the braids! She is beyond freaking rude while taking your order. Management should definitely fire and hire new staff that want to work unlike the current staff members.

I stopped going to this particular dunkin because they can't seem to get my drink right. Decided to give them yet another try, and immediately dumped my coffee when I got home that's how bad it was. The taste was horrible 🤮 honestly not sure how this particular dunkin is still up and running. You have to sit and wait to order for over 10 minutes, drinks taste like dirt, always out of something. Do better.

If anyone needs a promotion/raise in there its going to be Heather, she always is on top of things & makes mine & my partners coffee on point. Great customer service if you deal with her, enjoy coming in on my mornings before work. WAY better then the dunkin on Ulmerton, Way cleaner environment as well

What happened to you Dunkin?! America can't run on what you're offering. Food is usually good, but drink, and all too often service, fall very short. I used to choose Dunkin over Starbucks, now your prices are on par with one another, but Dunkin is serving trash coffee for the last 6 years. I just go for the food now.

Staff is great! They must be very busy all of the time or someone needs to take inventory better. 3rd time I've visited and they were out of alot of stuff.. practically closed.

I went to the Dunkin on East Bay and got friendly service even though I used a coupon and had special requests, everything was fine, couldn't have been better, I have a Dunkin 5 min from my house and have an issue everytime there, so I drive right by it to the next one on Seminole Blvd or East Bay
