I called to order a pizza to go, it was close to 7:30 and the a guy answered me, I got out the words order to go and all of a sudden the phone was silent, It did not disconnect buy was just silent. I hung up after awhile called back and now it was busy tried for the next 10 to 15 min and still busy. Luckly I was close to the mall, I was upset because other times if it's close to their closing time they won't take an order. So I figured let me get off and walk up.. well not surprisingly they were cleaning had moved their prepared food all together... Guess what, there getting ready to leave soon, I guess. Anyway they could tell I was upset, I ordered my two pizzas, the guy walks out the back area and stairs at the girl taking my order. I smile and said I was the one that called and you did not finish my order. Under my breath I said I guess your making the pizza after all... And paid. Then proceeded to sit right in front and make sure they did my pizza well. Lol. I can't say nothing bad about their food but service is not the best. I wonder if the owners know what is going on ... 😕

Bad experience. Found a hair in a salad. And while the employee did refund the meal, the suggestion to offer customers a fresh salad batch was laughed away. They disregarded this because the hair found did not match the employees, not taking into consideration that the prepackaged salad could have been contaminated when it was originally packaged. Would not recommend.

I think the food is good but the last time I attempted to buy food here I saw a small cockroach crawling around where all the sides are out! Super disgusting! 🤢 of course I went to a different restaurant instead! please please correct this Sbarro! That was enough to make me not want to eat here ever again!

The pizza was HORRIBLE! I felt so sick in my stomach to the point I think I got food poisoning.. and wanted to throw up. Me and my boyfriend just felt so sick. I don't get how people like that pizza and they took forever to make our pizza when we were like the first people to arrive there. Also the price for thag pizza is so expensive $14 for something so awful. Think I have to go to the doctor for eating this horrible pizza. 🤢🤮 Not even the dogs would eat this....

Hello everyone, So I love Sbarro it is one the best places so really good spaghetti, everything is always made fresh and it is nice to see that they even stretch the dough right in front of you. I love to always get a Stromboli here with a side spaghetti, and the prices are great. I enjoy it is in the mall since my kids prefer to eat at the philly cheesesteak place vs. eating at Sbarro so I can always get mine, then go there right after. The reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because it is extremely difficult to order by phone, if you would like order before hand using the phone it is more than pleasant you can hear almost everything. Though I noticed the phone is located in the front from the register I would recommend for them to put the phone in the back where the Manager is that way we can orders a little more clear. Other than that staff is amazing, and I am surprised they are able to keep there cool with the massive amounts of people. Good work!
