I think its bigger and generally more upscale then most 7-11 I frequent. Thr casheirs are. Ice and more helpful then most. They have more of the healthy foods that 711 offers. I get the chobani or other protein related drinks as they offer several. They have cheap noodkes for 5hose on a budget. They have clewners, dish washing stuff, trash bags, paper towels envolopes and other quick items one may. Eed every blue moon. Its close to thr apartments and the high school so they sometimes have a crowd. They have differe kinds of Energy drinks and coffee for caffeine usere and frozen food packages. They have 2 microwaves and sell coolers. Generally a better 711 then most

WORST 7-ELEVEN in the area. They literally NEVER have any Slurpee's available. No candy, no chip variety. Slim jims stay expired. Most cakes and pastries are expired. Cooked food is over cooked. Coffee never ready. WE deserve waaaay much better. This place needs to shut down and new management is need ASAP. Usually one person working in the store. We pay high rent and taxes in Lanham and deserve a decent convenience store. This 7-11 is an embarrassment to the franchise. The BOSS aka owner does not care about the community or customers. They blame the nearby high school for the reason why they do not sufficiently stock the store. Now school has been out for 6 months and they have armed security but still nothing is in the store but water and hand sanitizer.

This is the worst 7-11 that I have ever been to, & I have been to some bad ones. They sell a bunch of expired stuff, just changing the dates. I bought bread from here & it molded a couple of days later. I have tried to buy ice cream to find it not frozen and melting, all over the shelves. It's dirty & always running out of things or not carrying them @ all. They sell a bunch of generic or off brand stuff. And with the exception of one or two ladies, from the morning shift, everyone is rude. This is my neighborhood 7-11 & I would rather travel a distance up the street to go to another one, a better one.

Since the new ownership of this location a year or so ago . Maybe even two years ago this location has gone down hill . I live near this location so it’s convenient. But more often than not I will go out of my way and go to the store in Seabrook or near my place of employment. Because this location is always out of items I want , the coffee location is often dirty, sticky , or out of the flavor I desire . On occasions there are ants crawling around . When I have brought these concerns to the owner he gives the same response every time “ sorry about that “ but doesn’t correct the problem. My other family members also complain frequently about this location not having in stock items you actually go there to purchase. The cashiers at this location have always been pleasant. But this owner / management staff need to step their game up because they suck !
