To-go order that wasn't ready after over 45 minutes and boneless wings were barely sauced with big dry spots of breading everywhere. "Cooks" in the back grabbing their gross face masks and continuing to prep food or wiping their face with the back of their gloves. Kind of defeats the purpose of a mask if you get your slobber and snot all over EVERYTHING you touch unless you are selfishly protecting yourself without regard for the public. 1 experience here was enough for me. Sadly they aren't the only ones in the area with these problems. High prices, low quality and even worse is the miserable employees.

How hard is it to read an order and fulfill it correctly? There wasn’t a single person in line and we somehow ended up with the wrong items and none of the sauces we added to the mobile order. We even asked at the window to make sure the sauces were included. Maybe if the employees could get off their phones long enough to read a ticket this wouldn’t happen.

Talking over me in the drive thru to the point of missing several meals I ordered. Waiting on my order, saw they got the car in front of us' order wrong as well. They had to pass it back to them and wait even longer to get theirs. Got to the window, had my order completely wrong. Worker got an attitude saying that the items on the screen is what I ordered and I repeated several times what I had initially ordered and she argued with me until the manager got involved. Manager walked over, proceeded to continue to argue with me about order being wrong. It wasn't until my partner stepped in and said something that they even considered doing anything. Worst drive thru experience ever. I have never, ever had to do this and neither has my partner.

We waited 60 minutes in line we were blocked in car in front car in rear only reason we stayed ! Did not have a working order machine I guess we saw people leave out of line! walkins walked out no food leave! then in rear view mirror I saw take out lady walk to the machine outside and they drove off when we got to window I asked about the order machine not working they didn't know they had only two cooks working we left 😧
