I bought a sandwich as I started to eat I notice plastic fibers on it so I went back to return it cuz after seeing that I lost my appetite and was told by the manager they couldn't help because I didn't have the receipt which wasn't given to me by the cashier... so just be careful check your food carefully and make sure to get a receipt...I'm definitely never returning to this spot.

Today California lifted the mandated mask order and this store still mandate the use of masks, I’m done with this and doing business with you, the name SUBWAY is deleted from my vocabulary and the power belongs to God almighty in Christ Jesus, we will not bow down to you Satan, I can prepare my sandwich at home.

Horrible location!
I just had a $70 order and they gave me no meat on 3 of 6 subs and other 3 wrong sauce & veggies SMH

The customer service was great ! The lady that helped me was awesome! She made my turkey avacodo wrap perfect. Store was clean

Just went today, disappointed! Bad Customer Service!!! Maybe cause the Staff seems very young, but man ! They need to learn some Skills if they are working there. Subway should trained their staff in Customer Service no matter how young the staff is. The place was dirty, vegetables and meat items did not look clean, rather all messy ! 😖 disappointed!!!
Male staff seemed to be having a bad day, did not greet or say thank you for my purchase, surely I wasn't going to thank for his attitude.👎
