I have been going here for years. I always get their lunch special sushi! Their spicy tuna is not mushy and has a bit of spice. I love their shrimp tempura and their tiger roll. The waitress is very attentive and great at conversation!

It's our second time here and glad we came back to celebrate our anniversary!! We got all sushi starting with the avocado ball and sexy jalapenos which I highly recommend either! Then we got an assortment of regular and special rolls. Everything was wonderful. Food came out quickly and tastes amazing. And the service was as stellar, just added to a great atmosphere

I had an incredible dining experience at this sushi place! 👌🏻 They had a variety of food that was absolutely amazing in presentation and in taste 🤤. It was pleasant and private. The welcoming environment made it perfect for families and I will say, even for a date 😏. It's not just a meal; it's a delightful culinary journey. Highly recommended!

I have just moved to Lancaster and tried SEVERAL sushi spots around town and was not satisfied, tonight I walked into SushiOne and was greeted right away by the friendliest and kindest woman. I ordered 4 different rolls and edamame and bill was around $45 which is fair. Every single roll I ordered was made to perfection, my favorites were the Bruce's roll and Baltimore roll, My family and I enjoyed it tremendously, needless to say we found our go-to spot for sushi! Can't wait to dine in next time!

The place is really nice. Definitely my new go-to for sushi. I recommend the “crazy mushroom roll”. The waitress was very kind and friendly. I went there with my dad after he had been there once, and from that one visit he and that waitress had become good friends. The mochi is great.

Visited Sushi One 🍣 for the first time but definitely not the last time. Our host Lynn greeted us warm and promptly. I was amazed to her fantastic memory and humor as she recalled my girlfriend visiting years ago. Now, let’s get to the good part.
I’ve never experienced a sushi boat before and she took the time to cater it to our groups liking (more cooked than raw fish). In just a few minutes the boat came swimming down stream and did not disappoint!! We explored these delicacies one by one and topped it off with a perfect last bite. 🤩

You want great sushi and great service ? This is the place ! I love going at lunch because it’s little less crowded and I can take advantage of the sushi lunch specials. Also, you might see it a lot in these reviews, but the server is hilarious and one of the nicest people you will meet. She loves having guests and routinely calls women “baby,” which I find hilarious. If you’re grouchy, I guarantee she’ll make you smile. The Thai iced tea is bomb too.

Tonight was our first time at Sushi One, and we will definitely be back again. It was absolutely the best sushi ever for us. The atmosphere and whole vibe of the place was just perfect, not to mention Lily, the waitress who kept every table laughing with her charm and amazing personality. She was like a machine, answering the phone, taking care of take out, seating people, serving and smiling the whole time. We highly recommend this place.!!! A must try is the Sexy Jalapeño appetizer. Fruitville Pike Roll, Manhattan Roll and the Godzilla
