Decent Panera. Food was good and exactly what you'd expect. Ordering through the app leaves a little to be desired as it told us to pick up our food at the Rapid shelf. After waiting for 12 minutes after the time stated in the app, I went and asked the food prep counter, and our meal was ready back there, likely the whole time we waited. That's a bummer, even though I'm sure it was to keep our soups warm or something that's totally positive for the food. Also, the staff I interacted with was very friendly and pleasant, so zero ill will there. Would get food here again, but I'll go to the counter before waiting too long next time.

Staff is very nice, even when dealing with difficult customers. Always get orders right & I’ve seen some staff go that extra mile for some customers to make a connection. Food is always warm even when picking up. Probably the most efficient Panera I’ve been too! Prefer this location over the fruitville pike or rohrerstown road locations (:

The manager on duty, Brandon, was an absolute delight!!! Excellent customer service! He totally brightened my day and I watched him make everyone who walked in smile and feel welcome. All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, food came out so quickly & portions were bigger than I expected. All around a really great experience :) One more shoutout for Brandon cause he was seriously awesome. Give this man a raise!!!

I personally love this Panera Bread. I've been here multiple times, as it's the closest one to me, and every time I'm greeted with a friendly face and a smile. Food is always on point too. It's good energy here.
