I am only giving the review a 3 star, which i feel is generous, because of the food!
The review is for the location on GA109 (near Walmart)
I dont know If they have a management team, if they do they are never on site but, as many complaints as i heard while in line today I would hide out too. I love DD but this location is a very poor example of good customer service.

The worst ever! The people that work here have horrible attitudes. They are rude and disrespectful. Your lucky if they even take your order. I was at the speaker ordering and when I stated I had a separate order the guy taking my order says “you can’t add orders at the window!” Lol. One day one person may add an extra charge for extra creme or swirl and another person not do it the next.

Very disappointing for my first visit. All I wanted was a French Vanilla Cappuccino. Light and sweet is how I said it but they're not very hospitable or helpful. They had trouble operating the machine and when I asked for sweetener I was given French Vanilla the 20+ min wait for the coffee was nerve wracking. Do not recommend need better training and hospitality skills.

I was unaware on what type of day Rebecca was having at the window but I didn’t like it at all. Never disrespect a PAYING customer; furthermore, it was the attitude for me , sis need to do better.

We bought gift cards for the kids and grandkids to use. They would not accept gift cards and this was a huge inconvenience. Need to put that on the great wolf website !! Staff was not pleasant or apologetic for the inconvenience either. Drinks weren’t as good as other Dunkins.

Tried to stop and get a mid morning coffee and I was told I either need to download the app and order or go through the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy, they have a very large lobby for absolutely no reason

Service was slow and far more expensive than standard Duncan donuts, because its in a tourist destination. For the price we paid we received the most stale donuts I have ever tried. For breakfast we tried the breakfast sandwich which was suppossed to be a grilled sourdough sandwich. It was microwaved, no toasting or anything. Tasted like a rubber sandwich.

Wry friendly staff, but the one thing they need to step up is their SPEED in regards to getting customers in and out. I know they are training new staff all the time and they have to learn but time management is a MUST in a coffee industry
