Dunkin'

this is hands down the best Dunkin in the area. Nice employees, friendly when there is a mistake and they fix it right away with no issue. At least in the morning. I will say as a Dunkin employee visiting this afternoon I was quite surprised. I pulled up to the drive through and asked for a frozen coffee. I was told “sorry my frozen machine is down …. It’s um getting cleaned” with laughter and I could hear laughter in the backround. Maybe they have a different machine then I do? But I’m positive that it does not take long to rinse the frozen coffee machine cup and wipe it down quickly. I also know that it’s a simple button to turn the machine back on if it was turned off? Maybe someone was having a rough day and just didn’t want to make a frozen coffee, I don’t know why? Then when I ordered another drink I had to repeat myself four times. I attached a picture of a frozen coffee machine, in case the young employees forgot how it worked, I’m happy to help :) The coffee that I ended up getting tasted great so I’ll give them points for that!

Nothing but nice things to say about this Dunkin Donuts I've been more than a couple times at this one, not sure if he's the manager most likely he is, he's bald got a beard really nice guy takes care of my orders very nice, very courteous, everyone's very friendly and place is clean have no complaints. 🥯🥐

The big guy at the window should be manager. Super nice and polite. As for the others here are very rude.. I have had burnt bagels here a few times. This time I decided to say something. The girl told me"You wanted it toasted right? that's what a toasted bagel is. ." I said really would you eat this and showed her. Half the bagel was black.Then she says we'll there's only one setting for toast and it's always burns the bagels.Then starts gossiping with the other girls and they all look at me like in insane for not wanting to eat a burnt bagel. Made me 2 more bagels and they were burnt as well. Will never get bagels there again. How hard is it not to burn a bagel. How can there not be a setting that won't burn.I don't feel comfortable going back there anymore.

I was passing through the area and decided to grab coffee and breakfast here. It was around 10:15 on Saturday. It definitely had people coming in and out but wasn’t terribly busy. The cashier was really nice and even asked me how much of the cream and such I wanted in my coffee which I appreciated. My drink was already made and given to me by the time I was paying. I got a wake up wrap which also took less than a minute to receive and i enjoyed it. Overall had a good experience.
