They do a good job in preparing the food. The employees are polite and friendly. The place is clean and i have never had an issue with the produce.

Excellent customer service today (7 September) at 6:15pm by the two employees on shift. Both were courteous, prompt and professional. You don’t see this much in La Pine so I wanted to acknowledge these two hard workers. Dallas and Austin keep up the good work. Management, please recognize these two.

The food here is always excellent but this review is about the staff and the managers I just want to give a huge personal thank you to every single person that works there including Erica the manager my family had a medical emergency and my son-in-law works there everybody there pulled together to help us out when he wasn’t able to work because he has to watch the four-year-old well my daughter was in the hospital for a solid week I’ve never seen people that have been so kind or caring that we’re coworkers a huge thank you to every single one of you

Love love love subway. I've been going alot lately. Customer service is always great, it's Clean, and the veggies and meat always look fresh and amazing.

Its a good subway. They never smoosh my sandwhich like,some other subways. They ran out of chips last time we went so may want to grab a bag before you come. Supply chain shortages. My fave is an italian BMT on herb and cheese bread, toasted, with lettace, pickles, banana peppers and the chipoltle sauce with salt pepper oil vinegar. Been there about 20 times and only 1ce was it super busy. Usually get your food within 5 min.

This is the best Subway around!!!! I've not felt well and didn't want to cook.. So I called ahead to see if they still had any soup, but they were out. The girl took time to make me more so I could get some after I got off work. Got there at 7 and low and behold they had sold out again. The girl then took the time yet again to make me more. This is customer service at its best!!!
