The Mexican pizza at Taco Bell is finally back. Had one today and it was better than ever. Glad you put them back on the menu.

Went last night at 11:15pm. There were 8 cars in line. Got to the order menu and no one ever came on. Drove up to the window to see employees inside but no one would look at me to even tell me they were closed. Waited for about 15 minutes and finally a guy motions that they are closed. Terrible experience especially that there were another 6 cars still in line

What’s with poor customer service at Taco Bell lately? Your employees seem to not like working here. I broke a 50 and I thought she was going to hand it to me but she instead forced it on the counter while I was grabbing it. Also the one near Texas state. A few other customers were starting to get upset because they messed up his order. The manager there just seemed to blame the customer. He only had one mod which was no lettuce. Then I had to wait for 30 minutes for an order that should’ve been ready when I got there. I still like Taco Bell because they have great vegetarian options but please work on the customer service.

If I could give it a zero star I would. My return to Mexican pizza was just like the last three times I’ve visited this location of the last 10 months. No sauce on the top and no meat inside. I waited 43 minutes to get to the cashier with only three people in front of me. They all had single orders. I have literally had a zero*experience the last three times in 11 months time spread out. This place can’t get any worse

This location has given us poor food quality time and time again. I know stop going there but let’s be honest slim pickings in Kyle. Wish they would at least try. I 100% understand staffing issues but every time? I’m missing items or my food is just cold.

Online orders should have a their own spot for pick up. We had to wait in line more than 20 mins to get our online order because their website is wrong about their closing hrs. I would rate it zero not even 1 star.

A great location. We drive here all the way from SouthPark Meadows area because the Taco Bell there is an absolute disaster. The location in Kyle is clean, the staff is professional, and the food made with care and delicious.

Its alright you never know what your gonna get. Always a line or closing early due to no employees. [Not their fault] wish I could get a fresh bean burrito one time.. or know when the beans are fresh
