This place is just lovely; the atmosphere the people and the food. We attended their Mother’s Day event that had live music out on the patio. The food was great; my partner’s food was cooked perfectly. My steak and eggs were cooked just right as well. My Bloody Mary was full of amazing goodies like bacon, pickled onion, asparagus and blue cheese stuffed olives. Our server/ bartender Shawn was so friendly and professional that she lit up the room with her positive energy. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an excellent restaurant in this cute little town of Kingston.

Had breakfast on a Saturday morning. Super friendly staff who, after seating me right away, said it would be about 5 minutes before the server got to me - I always appreciate the staff being up front about any wait times. I got my coffee quickly and ordered right away. I didn’t feel like the wait time for the food was anything outside of normal. The food was *amazing* and I got way more than I bargained for. The portions are huge, so be aware you may not need to order as much as you think. Coffee was refilled quickly, and when I was finished eating, I was able to pay the bill and get some to-go containers for the left overs. All-in-all, great first experience for a local breakfast spot, and I’ll definitely be making it a regular experience.

In my opinion this is THE place to stop in Kitsap for breakfast. I got the chicken and waffles as well as the hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were PERFECT, crispy and delicious. The breading on the chicken was flavorful and the waffle was also great. I intended to only eat half but ended up eating everything. Their eggs benedict is also a favorite.

Ordered a vodka soda. I got a vodka water. I informed the bartender. She said that they had no soda as the machine was not working…… she didn’t ask to get me something else nor did she take it off my bill. I drank a few sips but did not finish it. It was a double so, it was 13 bucks. I tipped 20% as I honor servers but, I will not be back. You should not be expected to pay $13.00 for something you did not order.

Waffle lovers, this is the place to get your waffle. I love waffles with strawberries for breakfast and often am disappointed at diners who fail to serve a good fluffy crispy waffle, but this place delivers perfectly!! The waffle was a beautiful golden brown with the crisp shell and a fluffy interior, with hints of vanilla i think. Delicious and i will definitely be coming back again for the perfect waffle.

Favorite brunch on Kitsap peninsula and maybe in all of WA…especially when you consider value for money. Amazing biscuits and gravy and other traditional items but they are also inventive and if you have a sweet tooth like me, try the fried chicken and waffle or chicken on a donut or any of their amazing French toasts (used to have cinnamon roll French toast which was amazing as well). Friendly service and generous mimosas :)
