Dunkin Donuts

Asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese instead of american cheese and was told there was no possible way for it to be done, so I settled for a everything bagel with cream cheese. Went to eat the bagel and its burnt to a crisp. Return to the store and ask for a less burnt bagel. Employee gives me attitude for asking for a less burnt bagel. Gives me a new bagel and its almost just as burnt. Threw it in the trash.

I read these reviews, and had been an employee there. I understand why people posted negative comments. The work environment is also very negative, my managers that would take the orders through the drive-through gave them very big attitudes. Especially customers they would order big orders, attitude in their voice, would sigh and knowing the customer can’t see them would roll their eyes and mimic them through the headset. This job has been the worst experience I’ve had. And I would not recommend people going there for coffee. They do nothing to make the workplace good, managers are disrespectful and treat you like garbage. So if you ever been treated disrespectfully there just know it won’t change. That’s why I walked out 👏🏼

My daughter and I decided to get coffees and had a bunch of change to get rid of. So we went through the drive thru specifically when they weren't busy as we knew it would be slightly inconvenient to count the change (we paid in dimes and quarters). We apologized to the cashier for any inconvenience and she was rude! I don't care if customers pay in pennies, there's no reason to be rude..... and she gave us our drinks and didn't even count the change, so she was rude just for the sake of it!

My husband went to this dunkin to get breakfast for me after I worked my 12hr night shift. When he got our food he noticed a burned smell, when he looked into the bag he noticed the hash browns were burned so badly, almost black in color. The food was not fit for consumption so he took it back and they returned our money… I will never return to this place… its an insult that they would serve that type of disgusting food to people… absolutely not and YUK
