I went in to the ER in the middle of the night. Short version: it resulted in surgery. I had a hysterectomy and there was a hole in my bladder from a previous C-section in Oregon. All of my surgeons, nurses communicated with each other so I didn't have to keep repeating myself. The entire medical staff was kind, going out of their way to make certain I was healing comfortably and regularly checking on me. Housekeeping tried to be invisible when they addressed my room but I would instigate a conversation and they were always sweet and considerate. Thank you KRMC for saving my life and for making my stay as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances.

KRMC Labor & Delivery division , Dr.Jackson and all nursing staff shined bright on our special day June 29, 2022 and during our stay in the hospital. Dr.Jackson is amazing and worked beyond his normal call of duty to deliver our Baby. He offered to come in off of his normal on call shift to deliver our baby and when we showed up a day early on his supposed to be day of rest he was there for us gladly and delivered our baby. We would also like to thank the nursing staff each of you had your own special contribution in taking care of my wife and my Baby. Special thanks to Caroline, Kimberly ,Rachel, Rachelle, Crystal, and Cassie!! Our delivery was smoother then 1st time parents could have ever imagined it to be and my wife and I are extremely grateful!!🙏🙏👏👏

My 90-year-old father has been in here twice and he has received outstanding care. He calls the nurses his guardian angels and they have been very attentive to all his needs. They are also very good about keeping the family updated. I live in California and I am pleasantly surprised at what great medical is available here in Kingman for being a small town. Thank you!

If I can give 0 stars I would. What a joke this place is. I know we're gonna hear the usual stuff. We're so overwhelmed and so short staffed. Takes over 8 hours for nana. To get results. The nurses say they gonna get the doc for ya. Hour later they forgot. It's to the point where you wanna go to bullhead or Vegas for treatment. Instead of saying we're sorry fix the issues here. 4 hour er sitting times is crazy for a person who had 2 mini seizures in 24 hours. They bill Medicare huge amounts of money and it's a shame. They should only get paid for the work that is done. Waiting 4 hours isn't worth it at all. All the hospital cares about is racking up the money making you wait endless hours. Fix this system for once. Stop robbing and making people wait. Covid this covid that. Blah blah blah. Same excuses over and over again. We're short this and that. Well spend some of that money and get people. Your funded by the state too and Medicare too.

Kingman regional is by far the WORST hospital I've ever had the misfortune to send my loved one to. Some of the nurses on 3rd floor have no sense of teamwork. When I called nurses said they would call me back and I never got calls back ended up waiting till 1230am- 1am and gave and went to bed. I was also supposed to recieve a call from a surgeon before my loved ones procedure and that call never came. I am also baffled as to how KRMC thinks letting a very sick patient ride in an ambulance for 3 hours or better is helpful in the recover process when they have access to a working air vac that would get the patient to their destination faster to decrease worry and anxiety. I would however like to express my gratitude towards some of the 3rd floor nurses, Carolyn, Treeva, Carrie and Jenna. Those nurses are examples of how all nurses should be!!!!! Thank you Carolyn, Treeva, Carrie and Jenna keep up the excellent work!!!

Worst absolutely worst hospital for patient care. My dad was a patient suffered from a stroke thanks to their care he suffered 2nd degree burns from hot water being spilled and the lack of attention from his nurse..... he stayed in his wet soaked hot bedding and soaked wet gown.causing blisters and open wounds. This should've been prevented and his needs should have been recognized this is nothing more than poor medical care and no accountability Staff and doctors tried to make excuses for their negligence instead if being accountable. I strongly suggest avoiding this hospital at all costs. This is not the first bad experience I've had with this hospital and their staff.

Our daughter was seen in the ER this evening and i have to say every one that attended to my four year old were amazing! She got such caring nurses and the Er doctors were great as well!! Very thorough and made sure we understood everything.They took their time and explained stuff to us and were super with my kiddo. We are frm out of state visiting and never been to the hospital in Kingman but wanted to give a great review since we got such caring great treatment! Shane sergent and clarke snodgrass were our providers...
