Stop by for a nice coffee it's okay girl at the counter was friendly and courteous walking in noticed the place was clean it's a good sign this wasn't too happy with my eyes coffee

The only Dunkin in the entire state of Connecticut to ever get my simple order of plain bagel with cheese and iced green tea correct. They also put a ton of love and care into making the food 10/10 for this place

Recently I stopped coming to this Dunkin on account of the poor quality of food, staff, and over cleanliness but today i needed lunch and was served by Kaylee with a smile. She made this trip very enjoyable and she makes an incredible effort to deliver your food and drinks in a timely manner. I will say the establishment could use a deep cleaning. The cutting board used to prepare sandwiches is almost black and the staff could use their free time to clean up the counters covered in milk instead of going on their phones.

Super busy and they held their own! I loved how the woman at the register intervened every time a customer tried talking to/rushing the other workers. Great job 👏

Order was placed in different areas in the store. Only got 3 drinks, one other was by the coffee pot. Donut was not in order, sandwich was in the inside pickup area, not at the window. Had them print the order so they could find all our food. If we had pulled away without checking we would have had half our order, that we had pre-ordered

The one next to the killingly commons is dreadful. Rude, inexperienced staff. Slllloooowwwww. Like there are two cars ahead of me and it takes 8 minutes to reach the cashier??! Smh. I go to the one near cvs in Dayville or the one across from Walmart in Brooklyn, they are the best!!!! Fast and efficient.

I go out of my way to get coffee from this Dunkin. Ninety percent of the people who work there are absolutely fantastic. They're polite, efficient, great people. My coffee never tastes burnt or watered down, which with every other local Dunkin it's a hit or miss thing (most of the time striking out). Thank all of you there for always making the best start of my day!!
