Terrible place, the worst customer service and food was awful.
I had my younger children in the car and staff frustrated cursing over the speaker was bad, but then at the window the staff were arguing, the younger staff member with blue hair obviously LOVES her job..NOT!! She was just plain rude and so disrespectful to the older staff member. Very unprofessional and obvious this place was desperate for staff. Will never return.

Our burger order was incorrect but we didn't realize it until we got in 15 minutes before they closed.. we made it back at 9:54 and although they were closing they re-made the food and included fresh fries with the best attitude ever!! Great customer service is a rare commodity amd I was so thankful for the positive attitude/vibes we received from the staff in Keystone Heights. In my opinion Hardee's is the best 'fast food' restaurant for burgers and fresh chicken tenders! Yum!😋 But this Hardee's had both good food and excellent customer service!! Winning!!🤩❤😇

Time after time, everytime I come home or even for a short visit. This particular Hardee's has had the best service along with always freshly made food made to order it seems. And more importantly, on a consistent basis. A+ work from all staff and management......

I know everything is costly now...but this is the most expensive and has the not so good chicken tenders. They're over cooked by placing them under the warmer too long and dried out.

The food was great! Everything was freshly made, the fries hot and crispy, and my Frisco burger was perfectly toasted and not a sloppy mess! I'll give the people who work there another chance before writing them out of my Last Will and Testament. All it takes is a smile and a thank you. 😊

Usually these guys are pretty awesome but today was a fail. My order had black on it and was smashed so bad it might have been ran over, not to mention I order a double burger and recieved a single.

Sausage biscuit was so salty that it was impossible to eat. But in all fairness we rarely eat fast food so we're not used to the high sodium content that most fast foods contain.

Tried this place again after several months. Nothing has changed much. Food prices astronomical while quality is poor... I believe we ate sloppy soy burgers. What is the deal!?
