Burger King

Place was so run down we thought it was closed. We went in an ordered the two for $10 meals. However we were charged $15. When I stood at the front and told a service member about the overcharge he went up and told a young blond white girl at the counter who took our order. I stood there for 5 full minutes without anyone coming over to talk with me about the overcharge. Both employees even looked at me as they walked by me several times however they said nothing and just let me stand there even though there were no customers they were helping. Finally I asked if they were ignoring me and the blond girl yelled out load so other people could here her for me to " GET OUT OF HER STORE". I was absolutely SHOCKED!!. I have never had that happen at any store in my life. At that point I said I will need a refund then and put all the untouched food on the counter. She said I will have to wait so I continued to wait for probably another 5 minutes or so at which point she said " are you still here "? I told her I'm still here because you told me I had to wait. She then finally gave me my refund and we left the store. This women needs to get fired for treating people that way.

Literally the worst burger king ever. They dont open until after 9 am and don't even open right at 9. Waited from 830 because the worker said they were "about" to open. 915 came and went and still they were NOT open. Whenever they are open your in line for 30 minutes. With only one person in front of you. Please do something about this place!

I was on Stock Island for a week, only hit it opened twice (!!!), even though it was next to my place so I was checking it every day while all other fast-foods were opened. They only open drive-thru, and even there the voicecomm is not really watched, obce I waited about 10 mins for someone and then just rode to the next window to find out they are actually there but not caring about orders. If You don't need vegan burgers I wouldn't come at all.
