Dunkin'

Ordered two iced coffees with no ice and was given these when I question the guy as to why the coffees wasn't for he explained that Duncan has started enforcing filling the cups up with ordering no ice I asked when that went into place and he said this week I explained to him that I was at this location yesterday and ordered the exact same order and did not have that problem he then said maybe it went into effect today once you pour one coffee into the other coffee I got about one and a quarter cups of the coffee for a person who orders the exact same order daily this is sad this is 100% a ripoff I will now take my business to Starbucks I guess

I never have a good experience when I go to this location. Employees are crazy rude most of the time. Not always though. Sometimes you’ll get a kind employee but most of the time they’re not nice. I really felt compelled to do this review since I am friends with a manager from a different location in the dayton area and they told me that the Stroop location in Kettering is their very worst location and doesn’t recommend getting your coffee from there. Yikes

I love Dunkin! The only reason I gave them 3 stars was because a few Saturdays ago I went there with my 6 year old son and they had Eminem playing. Now, I'm a huge fan of Eminem but when my son turns to me and asks "what does cum on your lips mean?" it's a problem! Not saying they shouldn't play good music or enjoy their time at work. Maybe just play the edited version when customers with children can here the music.
