Delicious food! Fast and friendly service. My only complaint is that ever time I decide which sandwich is my favorite…. they pull it from the menu. BUT…. I guess that keeps us on our toes and gets us to try different things all the time. I love Panera!!!

The restaurant was extremely cold inside and it made our dining experience miserable. Middle of December in Wisconsin, you have to have the furnace on. Food was okay. My daughter's sandwich was made incorrectly and my tomato soup tasted sour. Unfortunately we will not return for a second visit. The staff was kind which I definitely appreciate!

Unbelievable waits for just one sandwich. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and still no sandwich. No type of reimbursement nothing. Sorry for the wait. I finally leave with my sandwich and I see some girl just munching on chips instead of helping. This location shouldn’t even be open if they can’t support the traffic they get. Not to mention half the things are always out of stock and they deliver mediocre at best food.

We usually love our Panera expirience, but that particular one was not so pleasant. Asked for dine-in, had to wait order for like half-an-hour because "there were no clean trays". People ordered to-go were served much faster. If will go next time probably order to-go and consume on a spot.

Over priced always has been, always will be. Oh well. What has me over the edge though is it’s an extremely dirty atmosphere. It’s absolutely disgusting in here & Iv been waiting for a soup and Mac & cheese for 29 min and still have not revived my food *no it’s not busy in here* but the people that ordered way after me have gotten their food.. this has always been an issue here. If they can’t handle the business they shouldn’t be open. There is plenty of workers in the building. Panera has slowly been losing my business over the years but after today they will no longer be getting my money.

Worst customer service. I ordered curbside pick up at 1245. Got here at 1pm, checked in and it is now 1:25. Went in and my order was sitting on the counter getting cold. Never again. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of people waiting inside as well. DO BETTER

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes today and got the wrong food. Drove back went inside to get the correct food and was surprised to see the restaurant almost empty inside. Then AGAIN the sandwich I ordered was made incorrectly with the completely wrong bread even though they admitted to having the correct bread for the toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich. When I went back in the second time two of the three employees seen me and hurried into the back like they didnt want to help anyone. Finally I asked for a refund and that took 10 minutes. This Kenosha WI location is terrible. The food is not fresh, they are always out of something on their menu, the iced tea always tastes old and watered down, the drive thru is always closed and you sit and wait for 30 45 and even over 60 minutes for your food on a regular basis. Stay away from the Kenosha Panera bread especially if you don't have a lot of time. I spent over an hour trying to get food today and ended up not eating because I was so aggravated. Corporate needs to step in and do something about this horrible location

Staff is very friendly, giving a 2 star due to getting a totally different sandwich from what I ordered. Still ate it because I was stuck with due to being at work. So didn't notice until lunch came around that I wasn't going to enjoy my craving from Panera Bread.
