Went to Dunkin in Kennett yesterday. Picked up my coffee. When I got home the cup was leaking very bad. Went back today asking for another one and they told me it wasn’t leaking when I left the store. I said never again . They said ok . They need to work on there people skills. Arrogant dirt bags.

Dunkin needs to work on their customer service skill set a little bit more, they treat you with stoic indifference, as if you don't have any alternatives. The person who took my order didn't crack a smile

The guys that work there are super nice and friendly. Stopped in to let my son and daughter pick out a doughnut each and while we where there the employees gave them both free munchkins to enjoy. It was a small gesture of kindness that made both kiddos happy. And that is why I'm giving this place 5 stars.

The past two times I have went in the last week my orders have been either missing an item or incorrect. Each time I go in to pick up someone is on their phone and do not greet you. It seems as if they get lazy towards the end of the day. Most of the times my hasbrowns are cold and overcooked. This Dunkin used to be my favorite up until recently when my orders haven’t been what they were supposed to be.

A DD of the quick in and quick out variety. The parking is easy entry from northbound Route 1. Mobile orders are always waiting and hot, no matter how short the notice.

I give it 3 stars because while I LOVE the frozen coffee with French Vanilla, the avocado toast is way over priced and it's something you can do at home with fresh avocado and bacon. The everything bagel seasoning is too much and I feel if they instead create something that would set them apart from the competition it would really make a difference.

One of the best DD in the area, the customer service is beyond wonderful! Even when they are busy, the wait is never too long. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I ordered a hot chocolate and they noticed we were eating there and they offered to add ice to my drink so I wouldn't have to wait long for it to cool down.
