Dunkin'

I hate to give them 3 stars because usually they're on top of it, but unfortunately not only did I take the drive thru for a late coffee around 5pm, when only one car was in line, it took atleast 10+ minutes to even order. I asked for a large iced coffee with extra cream and sugar, and they put the entire sugar packet (paper and all) in the coffee. Idk if it was a mistake if it was because they were having a bad day.. they seemed upset when I got up to the window (I even gave a tip to try to help her smile). But anyway, I didn't realize the coffee had the sugar packet until I finished it and went to toss it. Here's a picture.

It's hit or miss. Mostly miss. The staff is sometimes excellent, sometimes they're complete trash. I'd give it 3 stars but I had to knock another one off for their habit of consistently adding granulated sugar to a cold latte instead of liquid sugar almost every time I ask for a drink extra sweet. It's almost comical that people who do that get to work in a coffee shop at all. The best part is when you specify liquid sweetener and they look at you like you're stupid for being specific as if they already know better. I work close by though and it's often my last resort on busy days... I go pretty frequently. As far as last resorts go, you could do worse but I wouldn't recommend it if you have actual options. Also if you go on days when the staff is mad it's the best because they're normally yelling or doing the whole low energy teenager thing. If nothing else it's extremely entertaining.

Check your order before leaving. We go there twice a week and the order is wrong almost always. You ask for 5 blueberry and 5 glazed munchkins and you get 6 chocolate and 4 something else. Every time! When paying I provide the exact amount, not what I feel you should get….. but that’s a great idea next time.

Employees were discussing their phones, after waiting a few or more minutes I went to the pick-up counter thinking they had not seen me. I was told they knew I was there I just needed to wait, 6 employees 1 customer, I think waiting was not necessary. I guess knowing how to use your phone is more important than a customer.

Every time I mobile order I still have to wait 20-30 minutes to get my stuff even though I order it at least 10 minutes before I plan to be there, even when it’s not busy! Today when I went I had ask 3 times if I can get my mobile order. The drink never taste the same even when you order the same drink but I think that’s just a trait of dunkin

So on Wednesday morning I was in line wanting to order and a staff member got mad at a customer who was apparently ordering a coffee and some donuts using the app because the coffee was free on Wednesday with the app. She completely blew up. Took her headset off used profanity and was telling, just very unprofessional to do that in front of customers. I'm not sure exactly what set her off but whatever it was didn't justify her actions. The question I have is where was the manager during all this because I didn't see one. I just turned around and left and I will not be back to this location because of this.

The food was alright, service was the pits. Didn't want to sit in drive-thru so I walked in. That was a waste of time. Employees walked past and did nothing to take my order or get someone to take my order. Don't waste your time walking in. The drive-thru was empty when I left. If they don't want to wait on walk-ins, then lock the door and tell everyone to use the drive-thru. Someone else came in behind me and they didn't take their order, they left without ordering.
