Taco Bell

I'm here right now for the second time in an hour, we had multiple types of burritos and what not, normally you would mark what is what on the wrapper, we weren't greeted with any type of customer service and I ordered online ahead of time and got there after the app said it was ready, well we had to wait for 20 min and no sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I will not be ordering here again...oh they also shorted me a grill cheese burrito on top of that.

When ordering off Postmates this gave me the option to replace the meat on my bell grande box. I requested one with no sour cream and no guacamole and to be prepared with steak. The other was a standard beef bell grande. When I got them from my Postmates driver both were made with ground beef, and one was missing the sour cream and guacamole.

Very disappointed with this location since moving to the area, over priced compared to other franchises in area. Tonight was the last straw, chips for the nachos smelt and tasted old. Food ordered but, not was on final total/missing from the completed order. Soda was flat and warm, even with ice in the cup - tasted nasty. No sauce provided when asked for and no napkins ( due to sealing the bag, contactless service and not able to see what was put into bags - obviously no final check performed before sealing the bag ). Will be going north on the freeway to the next location at the Loves truck stop, where it is always tasting fresh and slightly cheaper.
