Got a meatball sandwich around 1pm on 6/20/2022 and it tasted spoiled… so I went to exchange it and employee literally told me that the meatballs were old. I asked for a different sandwich and they said they’ll just refund me. How disgusting to serve old food and so upsetting to not be able to enjoy a meal after a morning shift.

Bad service. Under cooked bread(first time I've encountered this) and when I told the employee about it, her response was, "eww." yeah it was gross. Ended up leaving the bread. If I wanted a salad, I would've ordered one.

I ordered sandwiches online and picked them up and went home. One of the sandwiches was supposed to have bacon and cheese and when we opened it it had absolutely none. I drove all the way back to take it back for the correct order and went back home only to find they had put zero cheese on it. Very frustrating. No apologies or anything.

Sandwich was so messed up I couldn't eat most of it. Was drown in mustard and meat was in a gob in 2 places not spread out. Was steak and cheese and I couldn't find any cheese. I won't be returning to this subway.

Waited over 7 min while the employee made online sandwiches, not even a hello I received or “I’ll be with you soon” then when she finally looked up and asked what I wanted, you guys where out. I left with nothing. Wasted my time. Customer service goes a long way. If your employees can’t event greet a customer, then that makes me not want to come back.
