The service was kind, the kombucha was best local brew we’ve found (and there’s TONS), and each dish in our sampler was of the quality we could cook: fresh whole foods, imperfectly but liberally spiced with some veggies a little harder or softer than ideal; damn tasty.

My mom and I stopped by Potions and had the best experience ever. The owner is extremely kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. The kombucha was simply amazing, we tried all the flavors and couldn’t choose which one to get because all were so good. The food was very healthy and filling, perfect for a day out and about. I’m vegan and really enjoyed this all vegan place. My mom is not vegan and also really enjoyed Potions. Highly recommend you check this place out!!

We stopped here our first night in Kauai… what a warm welcome to the island 🙏 The owner is such a character! Such a sweet soul and super passionate about his kombucha potions. The chocolate (cacao) one was amazing!

Love the take on the bar without the toxic alcohol. Just herbs and love ❤️ The drinks left me feeling euphoric and giggly! Baby also loved looking at the pretty art. If you are in Kauai stop by for a one of a kind experience

Shared two Mixed Plates (vegan) and brown rice and it was plenty for 4 adults. The Fruit Punch Kombucha was excellent as was the Cacao vegan ice cream!

Best Kombucha ever, not too sweet, first fermentation so kids can drink it as well. There are pre-tox, de-tox and post-tox(help with liver re-generation). Food are healthy, not too salty but yummy. Good for the body.

Stopped here after trying to go to Street Burgers (which was closed on Monday). We were intrigued by the Kombucha on tap. Ended up staying longer than expected chatting with Gadai, the owner, about his background. Having spent many years as a monk an India before moving to Kauai with his family, the kombucha flavors and base, and Indian food menu all reflect the values in the teachings from his time spent there. You can tell he’s passionate about his business and the experience he wants to pass onto his customers, and the kombucha is fantastic! He let us try all the tap flavors before deciding which to order. Highly recommend the Endurance and the Ginger Ginseng. Thanks Gadai! Alán and Ethan.

The Kombucha bar in here is awesome! The gal behind the counter knew the product and was personable. Cute decor too. Looking forward to whatever growth they try here - great little place.

Amazing homemade kombucha on tap with fun flavours. You are encouraged to taste test them all in order to pick. They were all really great and it was hard to choose. My partner and I both decide on the Creme Coconut flavour and it was amazing. Lots of hot tea to choose from as well. We both also got full plates of the vegan/vegetarian Indian food, which was good and full of veggies but could have used a little more salt to give the flavours that pop that they were missing (I added salt and it was more flavourful). Love the initiative to use local and organic ingredients!
Bartender/Server was friendly and helpful, atmosphere is fun, bright coloured and kitchy. Small place with not a ton of seating, but cozy. Definitely a unique and cool spot to check out.
If you like kombucha, you MUST go here!
