Amazing as always. Goung to same place from last 7 years and nver been disappointed. Amazing staff and friendly environment.

I’ve been coming to this store for almost 4 years everyday for work and everytime I show up at 6 pm they are sold out of chili or shut their grill down when I’m trying to grab a quick bite before work. They take forever and never have what you want. If you’re lucky they might get your order right but probably not. Totally gone downhill, I wish the same owner didn’t work up the street now I have to boycot both these dumps.

Last time i go there...i asked for a steak snd egg i got a bacon and egg with 2 tiny pieces of bacon and the woman said steak sounds like bacon and she got it mixed up plusshe couldn't understand 1 cream and said 3 twice. Worst tims ever

They’ve improved a lot. New management, new employees. They’re doing good now. Fast and fresh service at all times.

Waited 25 minutes for food and when I checked the bag they didn’t even have my correct order. No napkins, dry as hell & cold? Do better

Had to ask for assistance at the counter the 5 people on drive thru don't want to help although no one was at the window at the time counter service is just as important as drive thru and to laugh In my face is terrible customer service

Attempted to order - had to play a game of guessing what they actually had in stock. Ordered a meal, got a coffee and sandwich no side. Got through the drive through and no one said a word at the pay station, or when giving food. Open the food up and it is burnt. Save time and just go to the other Tim’s down the road.

Stopped in for coffee, 4 staff in there, one guy standing there doing NOTHING, signs says due to staff shortage no one staffing the front desk.
Asked if would sell me coffee if I walked through the drive in, rudely ignored me until I shouted it at them.
