Great customer care very friendly was a clean establishment we had a steak melt and the only thing that I can say bad is that we wanted to add olives and they just loaded it down with olives and nothing more but other than that everything was delicious I'm definitely go again and suggest others to go there

The parking lot is terrible, the service was pretty slow. But the folks were nice and my sandwich came the way I wanted, it was just over 30 minutes for my order. There was a huge online order in front of me, still felt like maybe the 3 employees could have split it up differently to make it more efficient.

The company I work for orders food together nearly every day. Today my sub was a club, everyone know club sandwiches have meat on them. When my sub showed up with no meat I thought no biggie, people make mistakes. I went back to get it fixed, when I got there the lady at the counter told me she was going to charge me to fix their mistake.... this is beyond unacceptable. Needless to say I will not be spending another dime with this location. There is two others in the area I would highly recommend take an extra 2 or 3 minutes to drive to another location.

The last 2 times I’ve been to this subway the staff have been extremely rude... I was told if I didn’t speak up then I wouldn’t be acknowledged until that person was done with what they were doing I had come in for an online order all they had to do was ask but no they let me stand there 5 mins before I finally spoke up there were no customers in the store as well...you all need to do better work on the attitudes...

Have to say worst Subway yet! They only want 4 in store at a time due to virus yet not one of the 4 employees in the store had a mask on! No social distancing at all with employees one on top of the other! Was very disgusted and disappointed in this Subway! Pretty sure if you are making the food you are required to wear a mask! Did not end up purchasing food here went into Centerburg and was amazed at all they were doing!
