Chick-fil-a

I literally just left from there and the young lady that took my order and the young man that gave me my food were incredibly nice but the young man that took my payment & handed me my drinks didn’t even try to reach them out to me when he seen me struggling to reach all the way to the window. When the young lady told him to reach out he told her don’t touch him and she said she was telling him to reach out because I was struggling he proceeded to say that he seen me, he didn’t think I heard him but I did & then he walked somewhere else and another young man handed me my food. I don’t appreciate that type of behavior especially when I’m a customer and this is his job.

Was very disappointed on my last two visits. Both times ordering the Southwest Avocado Salad. Both times ingredients were either missing or replaced with items from different kinds of salads giving the Southwestsalad a totally different (and not very tasty) flavor. I'd rather be told they don't have what I want, than be given a sub par substitute. Will not be going back and will drive out of my way to the other location.

We ordered two wraps, chicken nuggets, sweet tea and a salad. They didn't include the dressings and condiments for the salad and the wraps that we asked for. One of the cups were broken when we got it and one of the wraps had only lettuce, no chicken nothing. We order through Doordash, it was not their fault. Who ever is preparing the orders for Doordash at this location is doing a poor job. We were able to contact Doordash, and they offered to redeliver the order. Second time, again, no condiments, this time the chicken nuggets were missing and ALL THE CONDIMENTS. I tried to call Chick fil a, nobody answered, tried to send feedback through their website, it wasn't working. So I decided to do it through here. The bad part about it is that this is the third time that happened to us.
