It was pretty clean. The service was good. The food was hot and fresh. I think Burger King could improve their fries a little. Very friendly and helpful staff.

One of their managers was actually running the drive thru. REBEKAH is a great asset to this company! And I truly appreciate getting my order as I ordered it!

The burgers usually have that flame grilled taste. These did not.
They skipped our order & it took forever to get our food.

I love Burger King. They cook real meat for their burgers and they are always good. I had a bunless whopper and it was fantastic. I don't eat out much but when i do I go here because their food always seems fresher than other burger places.

I came from Tucson AZ, and I’ve got to say they have declined in good service in the last two years. But I ordered lt mustard, Lt Mayo, no ketchup, no onions and extra pickles and I got exactly what I asked for in Alma Burger King. I will definitely refer you to friends and family!

Food tasted okay but I order 4 small fries ad they out 5 fries in each and they were cold they can sit on one and spin

Ordered on mobile app and waited 10 minutes to leave the house, when I got there I had to wait at the window for 8 minutes for them to make the food, the sign on the window even says skip the line, there wasn't even a line so not sure what the problem was.Then they didn't even get our order correct or include everything we ordered, I was supposed to get a frozen wild cherry drink for my granddaughter's kids meal and a medium one for my son but only received one, not sure which one it is but of course it is going to the grandbaby and I would have said something when they handed me the drinks but I didn't know my son ordered one too until I got home and double checked the app and I requested no ketchup on my Whopper but it has ketchup on it, and there was supposed to be a soft serve cup with the kids meal that we did not get. I remember why we quit coming here.

So nasty. Everything about this place was nasty. Especially the food.. Will never be back to any burger king.
