We were a party of 6 (4 guests visiting from NYC) and wanted to order hibachi. After the fourth person ordered, the waiter said no one else can order hibachi because they only had four hot plates! 😩 The weird thing is we were the only customers in the restaurant!! I ended up ordering shrimp tempura with udon noodles. What I received was spaghetti noodles with teriyaki sauce on them! I am Japanese and love udon noodles! So very disappointed! Needless to say, we won’t be back! The food was not good! Not one person finished their meal!

I would put zero stars if I could but I wanted this review to be seen because today I had to deal with coming back up to this location an hour before they close because the server that took my card when my husband came inside to pay for the TOGO order she never gave him the card back and I Never got a call letting me know they had my card! My phone number was connected to my order and they ask for that every time you call with your name, so they definitely could of at least called me but I just realized an hour before they close I didn’t have my card and the way I was treated and explained to why it happened was very UNPROFESSIONAL and very disrespectful! I will never eat at this location ever again they seem to not care about stealing cards I used to work as a MANAGER in the restaurant industry for a couple years and this is uncalled for and my job would of been on the line if I let this happen!
