Food room temperature when it was brought to me, waitress was no where to be found (wrapping silverware) so I grabbed my cane&platter and walked to the kitchen and had them microwave my food. I was very nice about it but there was no smile on my face if you know what I mean lol. They had me sit back down and they delivered to me. Food was great after that. Our waitress came and apologized for not checking on us sooner, they had her wrapping silverware. Place wasn't busy it was 7pm when we arrived. But they had our waitress multitasking so our service wasn't very good. Side note, is that management shouldn't have waitress doing so many tasks unrelated to taking care of the guests when she is taking care of her customers. She was not able to watch her tables as much which inturn effects her tip and customers. Because of her explanation it didn't bother her tip because she told us why she wasn't checking in on us so it didn't effect her tip, bottom line employers shouldn't put so many side jobs on wait staff except when no customers around, have them wrap silverware so they can still see their customers. Other than that dinner was delish,😋
