Subway

Tried the drive thru tonight cause I have my young kids in car. Waited about 5 minutes at the drive up menu. I figured they were busy or it didn't work so I went to the window and just waited for about 10 minutes watching them talk and eat a cookie for them to finally come up to me and tell me the drive thru is closed. No signs, no cones, nothing to notify drivers at all.

Terrible experience!! I normally order from the location by my house, but was near this subway after leaving my daughters softball game. Placed an online order for 2 footlongs and 2 6inch subs. First foot long completely inedible due to stale bread that in reality was a 12 inch crouton.. One 6inch was drenched in so much vinaigrette it was like soggy cereal in a subway wrapper and had not one correct topping besides the vinaigrette. Second 6inch was my 12 year Olds tuna sandwich that had plastic in it!!! I placed this order 30mins before closing. I'm in the service industry and get that it was then of the shift, but plastic in my children's food I can't dismiss. WHEN trying to resolve I was referred to a "Dominique " who keeps forwarding my call. Please don't use this location if you are on the southside. I recommend the shady Grove and story location. THIS IS 0 ACROSS THE BOARD.

The worst one I was getting my subway and the girls who were preparing them didn’t use gloves at all due their big nails and when I went to the soda machine they were ants on my cup and I throw it away and get some more and still some more ants coming from inside of the machine and it was dirty from the outside as well worst experience.

I have no idea what my dad is talking about. This subway is the best. He is crazy. This subways employees take care of their customers with love and kindness. My dad is wrong in his review. This location has the best Big Macs in all of Irving. I did once see a rat in the drive thru ordering extra cheese
