It wasn't crowded. The subs were excellent. There's so many different sub available. The service was excellent.

Been visiting this location more often as of late. Couple of young kids in there make all the difference. They go by Jude and Josh and are not only great at making sandwiches, but they're teenagers still capable of making smalltalk and eye contact and actually showing respect to adults. Keep up the good work!

They made the sandwich perfectly to my requested construction, and the place was clean. The staff was also very friendly. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

It's a nice branch of Subway - clean, workers friendly with some exceptions. Orders in person are good but online lots of mistakes get made for our family.

We luckily found this subway location while traveling to our campground. Robert from this subway location helped us a lot. Most of us were searching for vegetarian options like sub with veggie patties. Initially they could not find but Robert proactively went and found the veggie patties. He also helped us to find nearby groceries. Along with Robert other employees are also very polite and helpful. Thanks. We will visit this place again during our next traverse City trips.

2:20 pm 2015-8-11 Chris and Jason were awesome. great service. I go to subway rather often and it's good to see employees actually care about the quality they are putting together. it's been awhile since I've seen that much attention to detail at subway.
