I often enjoy Panera's in Southport. I'm happy to have a reliable, tasty and prompt deli near my office and home. It could only be better if I lived across the street or had delivery available all open hours.

We had an issue with our DoorDash and Lindsey was the literal best! She made it so easy to fix the small issue the app had. Her customer service was top-notch, and she was probably the friendliest person I’ve ever spoken to when calling a restaurant or eatery. Thank you again Lindsey! 10 out of 10 out of 10!

We used the small smartscreens by the entrance to place an order for 2 full sandwiches, a small salad, pastries and cookies. Just enough time to freshen up in the restroom, and the food is ready.
And it's awesome 😄
The customisations I put in for my sandwich were there, it was delicious 😋
There was ample space for the customers dining in. The eating spaces were mostly clean. Restroom was clean. Drinks station was all sorted out. All together a well-maintained location. Kudos to the manager and team for doing great work. 👍👍

I love, love the cranberry muffin! They are out quite often by mid afternoon.
I am very disappointed in the most current pricing- $3.70 (including tax) I am looking for a recipe now to make my own muffins due current price. Still delicious & I wish Panera & employees well! — goodbye.

While ordering our meals we had no idea that the Take 2 version of the Toasted Baguette sandwiches would be the original foot-long size. The Pepperoni and Mozzarella version tasted just like a pepperoni pizza. The Buffalo Chicken Baguette was delicious, but it could be better. There wasn't enough Buffalo sauce to cover all of the chicken, and the chicken that wasn't covered in Buffalo sauce was extremely dry and flavorless. The Chicken Tikka Masala soup was rich and spiced, filling and flavorful. Also, the Asian Citrus Crunch Salad was light, crunchy, flavorful, and tasted even better with the salad dressing and chicken.

I absolutely love Panera and recently visited this location while visiting clients in Indy. I always get the Fuji Apple chicken salad and let me tell you, this one was the most flavorful. I could tell they added a little seasoning on top of my salad (zoom in on the photo). This was especially a welcome treat because I had visited my local store in metro Atlanta a few weeks prior and it lacked flavor. It was totally different than how it should be as it was VERY bland.
Back to this location, i deducted one star because I also had turkey chili. It looked hearty and amazing; however, it had too many type of beans and carrots. I could’ve dealt with the beans but the carrots just took away the joy I originally had. It wasn’t bad but just not what I expected.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

The food was flavorful, the portion sizes were adequate and the place was not terribly busy. There were several tables that needed to be cleaned, the windows and doors were dirty. It seems they may be understaffed. The food was a little pricey for the quality. (Lots of bread, but toppings, fillers were on the small side), so not sure we are ready to make this restaurant a regular dining destination.

Just stopped by after a hair cut next door. Very friendly service in drive thru. The young lady was very polite. My pup Halo made out with some whip cream and bacon bits. I think my dog just smiled at me. She's giving them 5 paws 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕

I love ordering from Panera for a couple reasons. 1.They have their own drivers, it's not a 3rd party, and its fast. 2.The website is so easy to customize your food. 3Their salads and soups are always so fresh and tasty. I do think it's a little pricey, but the quality is worth the cost. The bagels and everything I've had from the bakery have been good.
