Wendy's

I don't leave reviews too often, but as someone who's frequented Wendy's since I was a kid, this is one of the best I've had. Food is always hot and placed neatly in the bag, no upside down fries or anything. Soda is always crisp. Staff is always friendly. Lines can move a little slow sometimes, but I can't hold staffing issues against them.

I only buy the baked potato from Wendy's and frankly the quality is hit and miss. Sometimes it's a beautiful perfect potato and sometimes it's over cooked and half smashed like the person cutting it was the Hulk or maybe taking out their frustration for having to work there. I buy other items for my friends and they look good and they say they taste good. The only complaint I have heard is when they ask for something to be held from a sandwich and it's on there anyway. So I just stopped ordering things for them that would have to be customized.

I was in the area and I was hungry looking for a place to get a quick bite to eat, I drove through the drive through and stopped at the outside menu. I ordered two number ones and a Jr bacon cheese burger with fries. When I got to the first window. The lady was friendly and appeared to be a people person. I gave her the amount due then drove to the second window. I got exactly what I ordered. On a scale from 1-10 I give it 20.

Terrible experience today at Wendy's. Drive-thru cashier was not very friendly. When I went to eat my Avocado Chicken BLT, I noticed something didn't look right. On both sides stuck to the cheese were pieces of parchment paper. Not only is it completely unacceptable and careless, but it is also hazardous. I am lucky that I caught it before I ate anything. Everyone eat with caution!

Went through drive thru at 9:16pm and no one was at the intercom and I even said hello no one answered to take my order. So I proceeded to just drive through to go to a parking spot and notice all the workers are in the back bsing and messing around and I pull into a parking spot to go into order, the I e guy notices and say the dining is closed, I just told him was in drive thru for 5 min waiting for my order to be taken. He stutters and hesitates to say back well I don't know y no one was taking ur order. I went back through drive thru to order and they didn't even give me a receipt or my proper change back. My sweet tea was disgusting and my fries tasted horrible and I also got a coke and it just tasted like water. Not to mention they rushed to take my order.
