Jan 10, 2021. Little Blue, Independence. My normal experience with IHOP, burnt, (taste) like a rushed job, not good and not enough. My experience from the Hostess, to our Waitress, and other attendants were excellent. They made sure our needs were met. Cook was excellent on this day. The Eggs perfect, Grilled Buttermilk Biscuit, Crispy breakfast potatoes, Yummy. Since COVID, restaurants have been charging MORE and giving you LESS! I felt full and satisfied without breaking the bank

The food was really good. Made fresh and we had no complaints. Party of 4, 1 had breakfast plate and the others had lunch and dinner items. The server was very friendly and courteous. The restaurant was not busy at the time since a winter storm was moving through. My only issue that keeps me from visiting IHOP often? The pricing. Will it break the bank? No. Do you leave feeling like you got gouged a bit? Yes. It's a shame too. With the hard work the server did. The attention the kitchen staff did. And then charge $3.09 for a soda and $3.49 for a glass of milk. I paid about 12 bucks for a chicken sandwich and a few onion rings. Even the steakhouses have lower price points than that. You may say, then stop complaining and dont go back...true....but slight adjustments can go a long way for customer retention and at least I can say I've given them a chance. I wish IHOP the best.

Always a decent meal with good service and good prices. We eat here occasionally and IHOP hits the spot when we visit. The facilities inside and out and the dining area always seem clean enough. There is almost always a 15, 20 minute wait to be seated and it usually takes a while to get your food after the order is placed. A good place to go with kids and to relax of your not in a hurry.

Our server was nice. She got my order wrong though. After it was corrected, everything tasted ok. I'm just not a fan of prepackaged food. Fresh food is best

Although I can't remember our waitress name. She was awesome. She had only been back to work for two days after taking a break since the COVID-19 pandemic started. And she didn't miss a beat. It's like she read our minds. She specifically gave my husband the strawberry jelly. That's all he'll use and he forgot to ask for it. She asked if I wanted an orange juice to go, before I had a chance to ask her for it. She was amazing. Loved it!

I had an omelet and a drink and it cost me $22! They were good and the service was fine. I could have had a steak someplace for that price. I will not be going back any time soon because it is just too expensive.

I just wanted to give Matt B. a big shout-out to his 3rd day, of awesome service, I was absolutely impressed. I could tell he was nervous and his first day. He was such a sweetheart and made sure my boyfriend and I was happy and Matt was so polite! ☺️ Thank you Matt for being our server. Really hoping that giving you a super good rating makes your day.
I was also impressed with the other staff that worked that night making sure that we were doing okay and the atmosphere was so comforting. The staff was super friendly to customers and other staff members.
The food was so delicious! Pumpkin pie pancakes was definitely the go-to. The toast was good. Even my boyfriend enjoyed the food so much!
Thank you iHop for making my boyfriend and I's date enjoyable! 😁
