Burger King

We came at 9am it was just us and one other car ahead of us. We pulled up to order and was told to please wait. We waited a good 20 or more minutes without any answer on the microphone and cars waiting behind us. We had many moments where we wondered if they forgot us? We eventually just pulled off. My wife who us a postal worker told me thus had happened before when she came for lunch.

Food looked like it came from the garbage can or the bottom of the frier. Awful dissatisfied that I spent money thru door dash because I dont have my own transportation to get it myself, just because the customer is isn't there to pick it up themselves doesn't mean you can get away with giving out garbage!

Definitely giving a 5 star rating and it might seem odd why. They gave me the wrong order and I caught it before leaving the lot. They quickly and with a smile made it right. They also started making new items for the other person and not handing them what I brought back. Yes that us what they are supposed to do. Yes I am giving 5 stars for following health and safety rules. Why? Because so many fast food places cut corners there. Find one that doesn't and that is the one to go back to.

It seems to me their staffing issues are self inflicted as I've applied 4 times since November and have heard nothing. I do not recommend this location as it's obviously poorly run. You'll wait awhile for your food and while they're obviously short staffed, it's clear they don't care about effectively serving customers or their community.

This Burger King treats DoorDashs like absolute garbage went to go pick up an order and i’m told that they’re not gonna make the food for me because they’re not taking deliveries even though there was nobody in line or the lobby and it was a three item order all because there was only two employees that seems a bit ridiculous not to mention the girl that told me that they’re not excepting orders anymore was real snotty I’m tired of being treated like garbage by the Burger King employees because I am a Dasher we are also customers and we should be treated with respect you are making me have a bad acceptance rate by refusing me and it’s messing up my work and I’m losing out on money all because they couldn’t make three items
