This is my go to location. Make sure to check your order before leaving there have been times where my ranch was missing but that is human error completely understandable. The customer service is great no matter how busy they are I have never had a bad experience with the employees being rude. The wait times can be long on busy days but keep in mind wingstop is very popular. Be patient and kind to the employees .

Legit favorite Wingstop in Houston! Kaily does an amazing job of fixing your order if, and i mean IF, anything isn't up to par. There was a time where I would doordash n be ready to do a claim but when I order for this restaurant it's rarely a possibility anything is missing or wrong.
Fresh, perfectly seasoned wings with a service level from ALL the staff of getting the job DONE.

well I love wings what can I say... and wingstop so far has been the top 2 in my list for goto with wings. everything I go there to pick up an order...its usually good or right..but I would suggest everyone always check their bags before leaving especially on weekends when the staff can be overwhelmed. service is good meaning someone that staff need to learn what good customer service is all about.. but the food those wings are always made right. so if u haven't tried them please go by there and check them out. if u love wings u will NOT be disappointed.

usually this place is a hit or miss, but today the staff was really nice, repeated my order to me before i paid, my wings had the perfect amount of seasoning, the fries were fresh and well done, my ranch was filled all the way to the top and the coke wasn’t flat for once! good job today guys! 😊

Place a lil dirty, ppl didn't pick up after themselves, but most fast food restaurants are the same. Staff was probably about to sweep/clean up.
