Dunkin'

Unprofessional. I hear a laugh upon driving up the the menu and get a “just a second”. Okay, who cares, right? After ordering a simple drink she proceeds to give me attitude because she was too hard of hearing to understand my whole order. I don’t mind repeating myself but why are you acting like I’m making your life harder by simply being a customer? Made me go to the second window and wait forever even though I just had one drink. I’m also pretty sure she had been, and was, mocking/laughing at me for some reason, as she seemed amused I had to wait at the second window.

This is not my first visit to this location. They need more employees. It is SLOW every time I have been there. That is my only complaint, but it is a big one because we are talking about Dunkin's here, they need to be fast. They also need to get rid of the no left turn when leaving. This adds to th he inconvenience. Sorry, was that a second complaint.

I don’t always have a 5 star experience here, but this morning the lady at the drive thru recommended the sunrise batch after hearing my cold brew order, and asked if I’d like to substitute the sunrise for the cold brew after explaining the sunrise brew type. The coffee was SO good, and I really appreciate her asking and explaining! I found my new favorite order!! (Md ice sunrise batch, cookie dough & cream only)

I like Dunks coffee. They are my preferred brand. Unfortunately I have issue with their consistency. Their drinks do not get made with any consistency. How well your drink is made to your liking will vary not only ly from store to store but also from server to server. I think Dunks as a brand needs to find ways to make their production more consistent.
