I’m so disappointed with this location. I brought 2 salad online and none of my salads had lettuce. That’s a part of the salad how can you forget the main ingredients. I was only offer the lettuce and not 2 new salads now what I want with just lettuce ? Crew needs to pay attention to the details

I couldn't believe my eyes...this was the worst sandwich I ever received...more bread than everything else...flat, dry and nearly meatless and vegetable-less..Either they haven't trained the new people properly or at all or they're skimming the sandwiches to gain a better profit for charging full price...who would pay $7-$8 for this sandwich? (See pic.) I surely wouldn't have if I'd been there..

Absolutely the best Veggie Pattie sub sandwich ever.. Not for vegans due to the egg whites in the patties...however vegetarians can enjoy them.

This place I have been coming for a while and my wraps are always good. On 4/23/22 sat.evening. nonmo and demetri was servers. Nonmo didn't say hello or anything . I ask her to heat up my wrap with 2 pieces of bacon and cheese -she did it but no response..she only 1 tomatoes on wrap. Extremely small!!!😕 . Then.demitri assisted my daughter with much attitude-somebody should have stayed home! People need to realize CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES ALONG WAY!! Anyone. could be the owner CEO. they both need training!!

If I could give this place a zero I would! Went here yesterday 6/29/21 And what an experience. First I was not acknowledged by any of the employees. When I was the young man who was work was rude and talking on his personal phone. I tell him my order he coughed in his hand didnt wash them after had no gloves on and still tried to make my sandwich. I think not I politely told him off and left. I will never ever eat at this disgusting dirty place again.

Terrible service!!! I went in for a chicken & bacon protein bowl and it took a while for the employees to realize I was even there. The server wasn’t coherent at all as I had to repeat my order more than 3x, also mind you I was the only one there. Then once he went to put the chicken and bacon he tossed more than half of it on the board then threw it away without refilling my bowl and ended up with 4 chicken links. Now I can realize why it was so empty.

I frequent this subway. I went on Thursday and the the guy behind the counter was making sandwiches without a mask. My daughter got a sandwich but I declined. Only 4 patrons are allowed in and must have face covering then so should the workers. I was so turned off. I'm not sure if I wii go back.
