KFC is kind of a guilty pleasure. I love their original recipe chicken. The food is good. I did a pick up order through the app. Wish they did curbside though. Took it one start got that.

I'm sorry for not knowing the name of your team mates , but these 2 ladies and 1 gentleman where running the inside and drive through on their own and doing an awesome job. To the Karen who took the managers name to post bad things ,maybe you should have observed how they where just 2 people doing everything and had a little compassion and decency to commend them on a job well done .

I truly enjoyed the chicken from KFC for the first time in a while. Food was just like the good old days. The staff was professional, friendly and so polite. I definitely will choose this location from now on.

So far, this store is batting zero for two. We've been there twice, both times severely disappointed.
The first time we ordered the bucket meal. Upon getting it home we discovered we were severely shorted. The KFC bucket is supposed to be three pieces each of breast, thigh, drum, and wing. What we got was one breast, four thighs, three drumsticks, and four wings. The sides were cold when given to us.
The second time, we decided to order the chicken tender bucket instead. Again, basically shorted on the order. If a chicken tender broke in half, they counted that as two chicken tenders. They did not ask us what sauces we wanted, and therefore gave us none. Again, the sides were cold when given to us.
The service was abysmal, the attitude was through the roof, and we will never again patronize the high point KFC.

Some of the employees there have very poor attitudes. I had to wait on my order today, which I didn't mind, but when the employee brought it out to my car she just tossed the bag into my window with a big frown on her face. No Thank You, No Smile just an attitude. They can save that because I will not be back.

Food was hours old, greasy! Biscuits hard! I have worked in fast food most of my life, I will not hold this against the company as a whole only this store. Will never visit this one again. Husband went alone was in hurry so he didn't even make sure to grab receipt 😂 no choice but to eat it....

I ordered delivery and they forgot all of the sides that I order with my meal. My boyfriend ordered a 6 piece nugget and they only gave him 4. The biscuit was also hard and the chicken tasted stale like it had been sitting. Please do better 🤦🏽♀️
