I hate to give this review, because we actually love baskin robbins . This location serves the smallest, and most inconsistent scoops of any location I've been to in the country. And I've been to alot. Ill attach pics showing that my wife's 2 scoops was 1/2 of my 2 scoops. Its not a 1 time issue. We go every Tuesday, and the employees at this location consistently jiff us. It is what it is, but, like I said, even with the fuller container, thats about 1/3 short of what we have recieved every other location in the country that we have tries.

If I could rate a 0 star I would…donuts are ALWAYS stale…never have all the flavors of ice cream! The early morning crew are great but the. Young kids that work there shouldn’t be working there they are rude and don’t know how to treat customers!! And whoever ever orders ice cream flavors order enough!!

I was REFUSED SERVICE twice this month. Both times, in drive through. I was told that "Store is closed". I recorded the employees selling items to cars in front of me and behind me. When I asked an employee she said "we are short staffed".
This is discrimination and unacceptable.
Whoever, the manager is should hire better people.

Doors locked at 6:20 pm when they don’t close until 7 pm. Apparently they are cleaning and not wanting to assist their customers. I had to repeat my order three times before she got it. Guess what? She used the wrong ice cream. I had to go back and bang in the door to get them to make me a new sundae.

Went to this baskin robbins because the one in Greensboro was shut down and I usually order a Oreo Sunday which is a large cup with fudge at the bottom and vanilla ice cream and crushed oreos on top, they gave me a small cup with 1 scoop of cookies n cream ice cream with whip cream and a cherry. The worker was very unprofessional and kept rushing me to order, I do not recommend coming to this baskin robbins.

Cannot seem to keep staff, having to close coming inside so no choice but to use drive thru. You would think helping one car at a time would make for faster service, but not the case here.

It was 6:30 pm and the employees said that the store was close but it says they close at 7:00 pm. Every time I have came here they told me they were close when it wasn’t even time for them to be close

I went to put order for cake and stand like a stupid for 10 minutes. There were 5 employees but no one come upfront. Finally I asked for cake order and menu or catalog and they have no idea about it. No one take care of Baskin-Robbins part only Dunkin Donuts was running good. They should shut down the Baskin-Robbins if no one going to take care so atleast peoples don't had bad experiences.
