They should take the time and double check the orders. At least 2 times an entire roll has been left off my order. They would not refund the price of the roll they had forgotten. They say they have a "list" of people that they owe food to and to just give the name and get the item. But you can't get a refund. They have also double charged us for an order.

The first time I ate your food it was delicious 5 Star spot on only one issue they didn't make my veggies soft as requested.. Still the flavor was enough to say I'll be back...Well I was back yesterday evening, I ordered the same dish. My chicken was so dry hard to chew and one side thick brown crust as if they forgot to watch it.. Tasted horrible as if what ever you cook on or in hadn't been cleaned giving the food a oily burnt taste. This was such a big let down so disappointed.. Maybe its the cook or shortage of help like posted inside. No excuse! either way. complete opposite from my first experience..

Before covid, this was my go to. Good quality taste great. NOW nomore half off sushi, last two times I tried to give it a chance and support 😔🤢 🚽🧻🪠 🏃♀️🏃♀️ such a disappointment. Sushi man today missed the assignment 😩 😫

In my opinion, wrong price for the serving size. I think 2 people should be able to share a meal for the price. I was able to eat my order in one sitting and places I can split my plate for the same price.

Ordered online which was very easy. I opted to pickup at specific time. When I showed up, food was ready and hot.
Went with the General TSO’s. What a great choice. The chicken was perfect and flavorful. This lunch special even came with a choice of a side, so I went with the side salad. When I tell you this is a large portion, I had some left over. You can’t go wrong!

Sushi,Sushi,Sushi!!! Really good and fresh. I've lived in high point for almost three years, and HP has a ton of Japanese and Chinese restaurants, by far this one is all around the best. Alittle pricy but you get what you pay for here. Wait time alittle long but worth it.

The food was decent, however it wasn't quite what I had expected. You order prior to sitting, and the food is brought to your table. The portions were somewhat small, but the service was friendly.

It's right across Eastchester, from my neighborhood off of Guyer. The best Spider and New York rolls available. Wish u would make a specialty w/ a thinly cut cucumber- roll outside, taking the place of the seaweed. & then have yellow fin, some roe, and a slight touch of soy and mayo. Maybe some tempura! So damn good!
