They have only a vague idea of what a cappuccino is. The last one I bought was undrinkable. I poured it out on the rocks in front of the store.
A cappuccino should be basic. Probably the most common coffee beverage next to a regular cup of coffee.
It’s right on my path so I’ve tried quite a few times. Sometimes it’s a flat white with very little milk (not a proper cappuccino but a good effort for them). And sometimes it’s who knows what kind of sour chemical concoction. It’s close to the river so I suspect sludge.
I guess as a little country town most of the beverages they serve are the sugary caramel types but they should really learn the basics.

Austin and Shawn are friendly and helpful and food and coffee is awesome and worth driving 16 miles to get to! Very clean store!

Super inconsistent, at least at this location, one day your coffee is amazing and then the next 5 are horrible, all horrible in different ways (too much cream, not enough cream, coffee is weak, too much sweetener, not enough sweetener) which is crazy if you're ordering the same thing every time. They really should have measuring systems in place so that this isn't a problem when you're paying double or three times as much as making your own at home. Don't even bother calling or writing corporate because they don't get back to you. Like they don't care as long as their making money. The staff is nice enough to remake drinks without attitude, but you shouldn't have to have it remade almost every time for the amount you're spending.

Customer Service is key. Shawn was very good at taking care of us today. Some challenges were faced due to technology, causing frustration on both sides of the drive-thru. Ultimately he made sure to send us away as happier Dunkin customers.

The worst Dunkin Doughnuts I’ve ever been to! I Ordered 2 coffee drinks, then waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes! Get to the window and the nice young man didn’t know where my drinks were because they hadn’t been prepared! He gets the manager and she looks around and tells me they don’t have the stuff to make my drink! Something they could’ve told me 20 minutes sooner, when I ordered! She then doesn’t really apologize or offer me anything for the inconvenience. Smh terrible!!
