I went into this location last week and had wonderful service. The food was fresh. The location was clean and well-kept. I was helped by Landon and Daniel - both of whom were helpful, courteous, and seemed to actually care about their jobs! It made me decide on picking up Five Guys this week too, where I got to see Landon’s welcoming smile again! Well worth the money spent. I will be going back in for another little cheeseburger and some fresh cut fries!

5 ⭐ for the 1st time eating at any of the Five Guys locations, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the amount of toppings that came on the all the way junior Cheeseburger I ordered and the amount of fries that you get in a small order. All the staff were cheerful, courteous, friendly and very professional. This location has set a very high bar for the other locations of Five Guys that I am going to find and eat at in the near future!!

Great place to stop while on road trip. We were able to order and eat either inside or outside!!! Thank you for not making me eat in my car!! We got fries well done, and they were cooked perfectly. We also got one lil bacon cheeseburger and one regular cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap. The tables, drink station, and bathroom was all clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Please keep up all your great work!!! I will remember this stop for future trips to and past Hickory:)

Super Clean place everytime I have gone there. Hamburgers are just the way I like them not to thick but still thick enough to know you got some meat that's for sure. Don't forget to try one of their ice cream shakes mmm mmmm .. 5 stars

As usual the Five Guys burger is yummy and I realize inflation is at a historical high but for Pete's sake this is costly for a burger, bun, a couple pickle slices, lettuce and a bit of mayonnaise. And $2.49 for a drink that can't cost 1/10 that. Come on Five Guys cut is a break. 😋
