If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. This is the third time I have the door shut in my face because some lazy employee doesn't want to work. The google search shows they close at 10pm and they shut the door at 9:20pm. Im sure Im not the only one thats been through this at this location. They need to clean out the waste and put people that actually care! If this is a franchise and you are the owner please I would like to speak with you.

Very disappointing that I drove here thinking they were going to close at nine. At 8:30 the employ close the door on my face!

Worst subway place EVER!! These people have the worst employees ever. This is isn’t the first time it happens where we order online and when we get to the store to pickup, and when I got home the other half to the footlong was missing, we decided to go back to get it and they said they were not able to give it to us because the employee that served us the food had already and left she had closed the cashier. The other employee told us we had to come back tomorrow to request the other sub. I definitely do not recommend this subway, if you want subway save your time and do not go to the one in garden square plaza.

I am a regular costumer at this subway. Today I made an online order, picked it up shortly after and when I got home, part of the order was missing. I went back to the store and I we were told that we needed to pay for a new sub since the crew that had prepared my ordered had already left for the day. Really, what a ridiculous excuse. This is not a good way to treat any costumer, let along someone that is a regular.

I saw this special online and decided to go to this location, which is unfortunately my nearest Subway. When l told the employee about he claimed to have never heard about the special, so l logged on to the Subway website on my phone and showed him the offer. He was still incredulous and didn't want to honor it. One of the other employees even tried to ridicule me by sarcastically saying "nice try" and chuckling. To top it off, the bread was stale. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I just was there and would like to make a big complaint against the personal of this location one of the ladies, the oldest and taller one was very ruse, there was and Uber eats driver picking an order up and this the lady yelled at her several times! There were customers inside the restaurant who watched the whole scene including myself. I would like for you to take some actions regading this inconvenient. Thank you!
