I got the wrong pizza for my order but they fixed it right away when I called. Very happy with the customer service and that It was handled so promptly. Mistakes happen and I get that, so thank you!

I had to wait almost 15 minutes just to have a cashier ring me up the other day, and they don't even have the decency to play any music or tv. When the cashier did show up, she was rude and snappy and couldn't even look me eye when I was talking to her.... Highly displeased with their service and won't be coming back, there are WAAAAY better option just a few blocks away

Awful service, I ordered Buffalo wings, received plain wings, and when I called to have it fixed, the manager did not care, literally did nothing to fix the situation…won’t be spending my money here again, definitely do not recommend.

I shop here almost every day. Today I tried to submit a pizza order. I clicked on my regular favorite pizza. Which I have saved without beef. Somehow it sent through with beef. Thankfully the cashier honored what I actually wanted bc I cannot eat meat and I really appreciate that. It wasn’t the pizza workers fault it was mine 100% and I’ll triple check orders before and after sending them through from now on thank you Casey’s for always meeting all my needs.
